SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING COSTS AND CONDITIONS
- All shipping done through UPS Ground or USPS Ground.
- Flat Shipping Rate - $6.95
- All orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time
- During the Holiday Season, allow one additional day for all
deliveries.
- Louisiana residents add 8.75% Sales Tax.
- No International Orders at this time.
RETURN POLICY - Inspect all boxes for defects or tampering at time of delivery. If boxes look tampered with, refer back to your packing slip and count total pieces.
- Inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
Immediately call customer service for any discrepancies such as: Shortages,
Damaged or Incorrect merchandise. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
- No exchange after thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise.
- No exchange if merchandise has been worn, washed, or marked.
- Packing List / Invoice should be included with all returned merchandise.
- More than ten (10) items returned will have a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.
- Returned merchandise must not be marked
in any manner and in a resalable condition (other than damages)
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
- Items that are damaged by faulty return packaging are not eligible for a full refund.
